• Dashboard - The Dashboard is the home page of the iCIMS Platform and may be used by all users to quickly preview important metrics and activity within the system.

  • Job Management - Review various documents regarding how to create jobs, how to post jobs, how to use screening questions for better recruiting efficiencies and how to route jobs for approval.

  • Person Profiles - There are many different types of roles in the system but they all start in one core place, the person profile. Learn how a person can be a candidate, a hiring manager, an employee or a combination of all three.

  • Company Profiles - Whether you are a singular organization using iCIMS or a staffing firm that will be recruiting for other companies, the Company Profile is an important profile type as it will allow you to distinguish what jobs are visible to which Hiring Managers and are for a specific company or internal division/ region .

  • Portals - Portals are your organizations way of interacting with the outside world. They can be used for external applicants, internal applicants, onboarding new hires or attracting new college recruits.

  • Searching - Learn how the various components of the iCIMS searching tool works. Once you've mastered searching for basic information, you can graduate onto running full scale reports.
 
  • Reporting - Reporting is the big brother to searching. Once you've mastered how to run searches in the iCIMS system, you can begin using the advanced filters and columns to start creating your own reports.

  • User Profiles Types and Access - The iCIMS Talent Platform offers various login groups each with its own set of permissions. These documents demonstrate the various tools that can be enabled within the Talent Platform.

  • Communication Center - The Communication Center is the email client within the Talent Platform. This section has numerous guides on how to utilize the various aspects of the Communications Center. Wanting to know how to create an email template or how to use the variable to pull data from various profiles? Then this section will help you answer these questions.

 

  • CSV Imports - iCIMS has the ability to conduct imports of data in the form of a CSV file. These imports can be used to create new profiles or update existing profiles. This section discusses what can and cannot be updated via an import and the format that all imports need to be included in.
